If you're not satisfied with One Person Unicorn for any reason within 30 days of purchase, we will refund you in full. No questions asked. No hoops to jump through.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund, simply email us at [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase date with:

  • →The email address you used to purchase
  • →Your order reference number (found in your receipt email)
  • →A brief note that you'd like a refund (no explanation required)

We will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method via Stripe.

ELIGIBILITY

Refunds are available if:

AFTER A REFUND

Upon processing a refund, your account access and dashboard will be deactivated. You will no longer be able to download the PDF products associated with that purchase.
